Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Manager to oversee storm restoration projects from start to finish. This role ensures all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—managing crews, materials, timelines, and client communication throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of production for residential and commercial storm restoration projects (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.)

  • Develop project timelines and ensure efficient scheduling of crews and materials

  • Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure quality control and compliance with job scopes

  • Maintain clear communication with homeowners, project managers, and sales teams throughout each project

  • Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or unexpected challenges with professionalism

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and work is completed per local codes and company standards

  • Track project progress, costs, and materials to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct final inspections and obtain necessary documentation (photos, signatures, permits, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in production or project management within the construction or restoration industry

  • Strong knowledge of exterior trades (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.) and storm-related construction practices

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in using project tracking tools, CRMs, and scheduling software

  • Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with insurance restoration claims and scopes

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

  • Knowledge of permitting and code compliance processes

Compensation: Competitive salary + bonuses (based on performance and production volume)
Location: On-site/regional travel depending on storm locations
