About the Role
Are you a former contractor, adjuster, or home inspector who knows a property inside and out? At Inspectabull, we don’t just “look” at damage—we document it with surgical precision. We are looking for experienced Field Estimators to join our team. You will be the boots on the ground after natural disasters (hail, wind, hurricane, and flood), providing the accurate data and scoping reports that our clients rely on to get claims settled fairly and fast.

What You’ll Do
On-Site Inspections: Conduct thorough physical inspections of residential and commercial properties affected by catastrophic storm events.
Precision Scoping: Identify and document damage to roofing, siding, interiors, and structural components using photos, measurements, and moisture mapping.
Estimate Creation: Utilize Xactimate (or provide the field data for our desk estimators) to create comprehensive, line-item-accurate restoration estimates.
Technical Reporting: Translate complex damage into clear, “inspectable” reports for contractors and carriers.
Client Advocacy: Ensure no damage is overlooked, upholding our commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Who You Are
The Veteran Pro: You likely have a background as a Catastrophe Adjuster, Project Manager, Roofing Contractor, or Home Inspector.
Storm-Tested: You understand the urgency of the restoration industry and are comfortable working in post-disaster environments.
Detail-Obsessed: You take pride in finding the damage others miss. You know that a missed line item is a missed opportunity for the client.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Xactimate, eagle-view/hover reports, and digital photo management.
Mobile: Ready to deploy when the “big one” hits, or manage a local territory with professional autonomy.
